Clockster is an all-in-one HR automation tool designed to efficiently manage blue-collar workers for small and medium businesses.
Set hourly, daily, or monthly salaries for one or multiple employees, having the option to assign them by position, department, and location. The adjustment tool provides flexibility in configuring and handling taxes, additions, deductions, and rates such as overtime and holiday shifts. Payslips are automatically generated based on attendance and pay periods. The calculated salary can be modified by adding additional payments or deductions, and once approved, payslips are delivered to employees via the mobile app.
Employees can clock in or out multiple times a day with geotags. Optional geofencing boundaries can be activated to restrict clock-ins and clock-outs to specified locations. They can attach photos or selfies and leave comments for their managers to provide updates on each record. Clockster compares attendance records with individuals' current schedules to determine precise working hours and track punctuality status. Reminder notifications for clock-ins or outs are sent 5 minutes before the designated start or end time to ensure accurate recording. For missed attendance records, the system offers to automatically submit requests for additions.
Create work schedules or request time off for a single day or an extended period. Schedules can be assigned to one or multiple employees with details such as start and end times, break periods, grace periods, and more. Clockster provides pre-configured schedules that can be automatically assigned to new employees, saving valuable time. Employees can view their schedules on the mobile app and request changes directly from their managers. Once approved, the updated schedule will replace the existing one.
Workers performing a common task can be organized into groups where each member is assigned a specific sub-task with checklists, time tracking, location tracking, file attachments, and discussion threads.
Simplify the management of sick leave, maternity leave, vacation requests, and other absences within a unified system. Establish leave balance regulations to define limits for automated calculation of remaining days for individual employees or groups. Enhance operational transparency by digitalizing processes like advance payments, financial aid, bonuses, allowances, expense claims, purchases, overtime management, changes in work conditions, clock-in discrepancies, and more.
Managers have the ability to instantly relay news and updates to team members filtered by individual, department, or location. Clockster features an advanced integrated chat tool that spans across all functionalities. Each task request or post includes its dedicated discussion section for better communication and access to chat history archives. Utilize Clockster's tool to manage corporate regulations and policies in a centralized location accessible anytime by all members for clear guidelines on practices and protocols.
